Top Ten Tuesday | June 30: Top Ten Books I’ve Read So Far in 2015

Top Ten Tuesday is a book meme hosted by The Broke and the Bookish. Basically, you get a different bookish topic every Tuesday, and you comprise a list of ten (or however many you’re able to list) relating to said topic.

Today’s topic is ‘Top Ten Books I’ve Read So Far In 2015’

Note: all of the books here are either 5 star books or 4.5 star books. It worked out well because I picked the ones that I gave five stars on Goodreads, and there were exactly 10! 😀

That’s it for today’s Top 10 Tuesday! I hope you enjoyed, and I would love to see your posts, so feel free to link me down below! Happy reading everyone!

  • The Wrath and the Dawn. I really want that book, haha. Good to see The Mime Order was good as well. I’ve yet to read The Bone Season, but I have high hopes for it.

  • aentee @ read at midnight

    Love your blog design!

Great picks as well. I absolutely adore the Chaos Walking trilogy (my favourite YA series of all time, in fact, it just gets me in the feels) and I’m so happy to see you include them here!

    • Oh my gosh, thank you so much. <3 I spent forever on trying to make my blog my own haha!

I don't know NEARLY enough people who have read the Chaos Walking trilogy. It's my favorite YA trilogy of all time too, so yay. *virtual high five* x

      • aentee @ read at midnight

It was perfect from beginning to end, Todd & Viola’s relationship are so touching. Patrick Ness is also the nicest author 😀 So glad that I found someone who likes it as well, none of my IRL friends can be convinced that the trilogy is the greatest!

  • A Court of Thorns and Roses was so good!
I am hoping to get to The Wrath and the Dawn this month!
    Great post and choices!
Here is my post if you want to check it out:

  • Ok, it looks like I need to start reading Sarah J. Maas and not just let her books linger on my TBR list!

    My TTT

    • Definitely! She’s super talented. 🙂 I’ll head over to your list right now. 😀

  • You’re not a fan of Sarah J. Maas, are you? 😉 I’m certainly excited to read The Wrath and the Dawn. I’ve heard some not so good things, but I’m also hearing from a lot of people how much they love the book. It doesn’t hurt that it’s a retelling of on of my favorite fairy tales. I love Clockwork Princess and thought it was a very perfect ending to the trilogy so it’s great to see it on your list.

    My TTT

    • Her name sounds familiar but I’m not sure I’ll like her books XD

The Wrath & the Dawn is definitely unique, which was one of the reasons I liked it so much. Hope you enjoy it too! <3

Heading over to your list in a bit!

  • This list is fab! Sarah J. Maas, Patrick Ness, Marie Rutkoski and TID! I wish I could go back and read them again for the first time and experience that love for them all over again.

    • Thank you so much! And yes, I feel the same way about my favorite books too. I’m always envious of people who are reading them for the first time xD

      • I wish I knew more people in real life who read because then I could get them to read all these books for the first time. And I could re-live those feelings through them, aha.

  • You’ve got a lot of great books on you list! The Winner’s Crime was on my list too. I finished The Wrath and the Dawn after I wrote my list, but it would probably be on the list otherwise.

    • Thank you so much! The Winner’s books are grossly underrated! They’re so fantastic. The first one would be on my list too, except I read it last year. XD

I’ll check out your list in a bit! Thanks so much for stopping by <3

  • New follower just cos I love the books on your list, many of which are on my TBR pile 😀

    My #TTT

    • Thank you so, so much! <3 I'll head over to your list in just a bit! Thanks so much for stopping by! x

  • Yaaaassss Sarah J. Maas! I’ve gotta read “Winners Curse” and I’m super duper excited for the first book of the Infernal Devices series to arrive in the mail any day now!

Here’s mine, let me know what you think. It looks like we have very similar tastes in books:

    • The Winner’s Curse is absolutely fantastic! I hope you love it just as much as I did! And the Infernal Devices is a brilliant series; in many ways, it’s better than the Mortal Instruments!

I’ll head over to your post right now! x

  • The only ones I recognized were the Sarah J. Maas books! Well, at least they were really good. 🙂 I am eagerly awaiting Queen of Shadows, how about you?

    • I am, too! I have yet to read Heir of Fire, though, but hopefully I’ll be done with that before QoS is released. x
